Examples:
1. If a student from college = AE is registered for 14 credit hrs in the current term (041) and has already completed 20 credit hrs, then the
student will be SOPHOMORE (SO) in term 042 for early registration purpose. ( 14 + 20 = 34 credit hrs)
2. If a student from college = ES is registered for 16 credit hrs in the current term (041) and has already completed 84 credit hrs, then the
student will still be JUNIOR (JR) in term 042 for early registration purpose. (16 + 84 = 100 credit hrs)
